Simon worked on this property in 1987 when it was first built and returned recently to modernise it.
In seven months, the property was completely re-designed. This included new windows, re-wiring, a new central heating system and an integrated audio visual system.
Simon says: “It was fantastic to go back to this house many years after a first worked on it and bring it up to modern standards and design. It had become too dated to sell and I used my experience to make a wonderful home.”
