We were invited to increase the size of this house by adding a side extension whilst keeping the traditional look and feel of the original property.
We added a pitched roof with additional dormer window, a new and improved kitchen that serves as a great family room, an additional bedroom with an en-suite and a utility room.
It was also modernised with a new central heating system and a complete re-wire.
Simon says: “This 1930s house had great potential – we managed to retain and complement the original features whilst modernising the interior for the 21st century.”
